In November of 1996, Timber Framer David King and Designer Thomas Swartz partnered to create Bear Creek Timberwrights. Joined by a group of skilled joiners and designers, the collective talent at Bear Creek Timberwrights is committed to the time honored craft of timber framing.

The wide range of projects we have collaborated on can be seen in our portfolio of photos to the right. These uniquely detailed projects are the result of the combined talents of architects, contractors, and our team of craftsmen.
